The aim

This informational poster is designed based on the AIGA 2021 conference event.

I decided to make an informational poster for this conference first because of my interest in the event. Second, the virtual event lasts five days and has a complex schedule, and it is an excellent typographic challenge.

I borrowed some design elements, such as text on curve lines from the AIGA branding. I also was inspired by Riso print-making and the photo collage design style, which led to my color choices of black and white images with geometric color overlaps.

With this project, I improved my typography skills significantly and learned to map information for the best reading experience.
